Práce se zaměřuje na obce v okolí Olomouce a na to, jak příchod nových rezidentů v uplynulém období a do jaké míry ovlivnil místní poměry. Dále se zabývá vztahy nových obyvatel a starousedlíků v dotčených obcích. Další část práce hodnotí detailněji dopady suburbanizace na funkční strukturu obcí. Ukazuje se, že dopady jsou odstupňovány nejen podle rozsahu výstavby, ale i na základě způsobu sociální integrace novousedlíků s obecním prostředím.The work focuses on a villages near Olomouc and how the arrival of new residents in the past period, and to what extent influenced by local conditions. It also deals with relationships of new residents and residents in the affected communities. Another section evaluates in detail the impact of suburbanization on the functional structure of municipalities. It turns out that the effects are graded only by the scope of construction, but also based on the method of social integration of new settlers to the local environment.
