Diplomová práce se zabývá objektivním posouzením svalové aktivity břišních svalů u svalového testu dle Jandy a MMT dle Kendall et al. V teoretické části jsou uvedeny současné poznatky o vybraných testech, břišních svalech, svalové aktivitě břišních svalů ve vybraných posturálních situacích a metoda povrchové elektromyografie. Výzkum byl prováděn pomocí povrchové elektromyografie na 20 zdravých probandech, kde jsme hodnotili svalovou aktivitu při izometrické kontrakci v konečné pozici pro daný test. Z výsledků práce vyplývá, že je statisticky významný rozdíl mezi ST dle Jandy a MMT dle Kendall et al. ve svalové aktivitě zejména u synergistů.The thesis deals with an objective assessment of muscle activity of the abdominal muscles to manual muscle test according to Janda and MMT according to Kendall et al. The theoretical part provides the current knowledge about the selection tests, abdominal muscles, muscle activity of the abdominal muscles in selected postural situations and the method of surface electromyography. Research was carried out by using surface electromyography with 20 healthy subjects, where we evaluated muscle activity during isometric contraction in the final position by the test. The results of this work show that a statistically significant difference between ST Janda and MMT Kendall et al. in muscle activity especially with synergists.
