Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou funkční bolesti v lumbosakrální oblasti páteře vznikající již v dětském věku, přesněji v období prepubertálním. Obecná část práce zahrnuje anatomii páteře, kineziologii pohybu, motorický vývoj dětí a popis držení těla dětí. Ve speciální části se práce zaměřuje na definici bolesti, bolesti zad a seznamuje nás s možnými příčinami vzniku bolesti zad v dětství. Dále speciální část obsahuje možnou prevenci a léčbu se zaměřením na léčbu rehabilitační. V poslední části práce je popsána kazuistika pacienta s danou problematikou, jeho diagnostika a následný krátkodobý i dlouhodobý rehabilitační plán.This bachelor thesis deals with the issues of functional pain in the lumbosacral region of the spine arising already in the childhood, more precisely in the prepubescent age. The general part of the thesis includes the anatomy of the spine, kinesiology of movement, child´s motor development and the description of the children´s posture. In the special part, the thesis focuses on the definition of pain, backache and tells us about the possible causes of the backache emergence in the childhood. Furthermore, the thesis contains the possible prevention and treatment focusing on the rehabilitation treatment. The case history of a patient with the given issues, their diagnostics and the following short-term and long-term rehabilitation plans are described in the last part of the thesis.
