Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na funkční hodnocení ruky při aktivitách denního života (ADL). V obecné části jsou shrnuty informace o funkci ruky, její uchopovací schopnosti, anatomii, kineziologii a jemné motorice. Speciální část je zaměřena na hodnocení funkce ruky pomocí testů, které byly navrženy k posouzení funkce ruky během nejběžnějších úkonů každodenního života. Výsledky testů tak poskytují spolehlivé informace o schopnosti ruky zajišťovat sebeobsluhu a soběstačnost člověka po úrazech nebo onemocněních. V práci jsou shrnuty poznatky ze zahraničních i českých studií.This bachelor thesis is focused on the functional assessment of hand at activities of daily living (ADL). A general section summarizes information about the function of the hand, its gripping ability, anatomy, kinesiology and fine motor skills. A special section focuses on the assessment of hand function by using tests, which where designed to assess the function of the hand at the most common tasks of everyday life. The test results thus provide reliable information about skills of the hand to provide self-care and self-sufficiency of each human after injuries or illnesses. This thesis summarizes findings from Czech and foreign studies.
