Tato práce se zabývá onemocněním pes planovalgus v dětském školním věku. V teoretické části je popsána funkční anatomie nohy a nožní klenby. Dále je zde hlavním tématem pes planovalgus - dětské plochonoží, jeho diagnostika a možnosti invazivní terapie. Speciální část obsahuje možnosti kinezioterapie a zaměřuje se na prevenci vzniku této deformity. Součástí práce je také tematická kazuistická studie a praktický manuál s instrukcemi a cviky pro rodiče dětských pacientů.This work deals with pes planovalgus disease in school aged children. The theoretical part describes the functional anatomy of the foot and the arch of the foot. Furthermore, the main topic is pes planovalgus - fallen arches in children, its diagnosis and the options for invasive treatment. A special section contains options for physiotherapy and focuses on prevention of the deformity. The work also includes a thematic case report and a practical manual with instructions and exercises for pediatric patients and their parents.
