Tato přehledová bakalářská práce předkládá doposud publikované poznatky o bronchogenním karcinomu. Poskytuje informace o incidenci, rizikových faktorech, projevech, diagnostice a hlavně o možnostech jeho terapie. Přehledným způsobem popisuje algoritmus plánování a roli radiologického asistenta. Hlavním cílem bylo poukázat na různé eventuality léčby, podle odlišného histologického typu karcinomu, a to především na nejnovější radioterapeutické metody jako IMRT, IGRT, SRBT, řízené dýchání. Pojednává o jejich účinnosti a možnostech potenciace. Dále popisuje jiné neradioterapeutické léčebné modality, jako jsou chemoterapie, chirurgický zákrok, biologická léčba a jejich možné kombinace. Práce se rovněž věnuje problému nežádoucích účinků, které jsou bohužel s radioterapeutickým ozářením často spjaty.This overview bachelor thesis presents the findings about the bronchogenic carcinoma that have been published until now. It offers information about the incidence, the risk factors, the manifestations, diagnostics and above all the possibilities of its therapy. This thesis describes in a structured way the algorithm of planning and the role of a radiology assistant. The main goal of this thesis is to point out the different possibilities of treatment, depending on the varied histological types of carcinoma, especially the treatments in the newest methods of radiotherapy, e.g. IMRT, IGRT, SRBT, directed breathing. This thesis discusses the effectiveness of these methods and their ability to potentialize. This thesis also describes other non-radiotherapeutic medical modalities like chemotherapy, surgical procedure, biological treatment and their possible combinations. This thesis also deals with the problem of unwanted side effects, which are unfortunately often connected with radiotherapeutic radiation.
