Předmětem diplomové práce je výzkum potenciálu a bariér regenerace brownfields v Přerově. Teoretická část práce se věnuje nejprve obecným teoretickým základům problematiky brownfields, které jsou následně doplněny o poznatky z výzkumu faktorů ovlivňujících proces regenerace. Praktická část práce obsahuje analýzu brownfields, dotazníkové šetření s odborníky a případové studie brownfields ve vybraných městech České republiky, na základě kterých dojde k identifikaci klíčových faktorů úspěchu a bariér regenerace lokalit brownfields v Přerově.The aim of the thesis is research of potential and barriers of brownfields regeneration in Přerov city. First, theoretical part inscribes to common brownfields theoretical principals which are subsequently complemented by findings from research of the factors that affect regeneration process. The practical part includes brownfield analysis, questionnaire survey with experts and case studies of brownfield sites in selected cities of the Czech Republic, on the grounds which reach identification of key success factors and barriers of brownfields regeneration in Přerov city.
