Diplomová práce se zabývá vlivem úhlu pohledu na astigmatismus. Teoretická část popisuje stavbu a hybnost okohybných svalů spolu s Listingovým zákonem. Druhá kapitola je věnována astigmatismu. Zaměřuje se na jeho popis a rozdělení, výskyt v populaci a možnosti korekce. Další část přibližuje princip vybraných metod objektivního stanovení astigmatismu. Poslední kapitola se čtenáři snaží připomenout jednotlivé kroky subjektivní refrakce astigmatismu. V praktické části byla vypracována metodika experimentu, který sledoval vliv pohledového úhlu na sílu a osu cylindru při objektivním a subjektivním vyšetření. V rozboru výsledků byly zaznamenány statisticky významné změny, které byly okomentovány v diskuzi.The thesis deals with the influence of view angle on the astigmatism. The theoretical part describes the construction and motility of the extraocular muscles along with Listing's law. The second chapter is devoted astigmatism. It focuses on its description and distribution, incidence in the population and correction options. Another part shows the principle of selected methods of objective refraction of astigmatism. The last chapter the reader tries to recall the various steps of subjective refraction of astigmatism. In the practical part, a method was developed an experiment that examined the viewing angle on the power and axis of cylinder of objective and subjective examination. The analysis of the results were statistically significant changes which have been commented upon in the discussion.
