Voľný pohyb služieb má veľký ekonomický potenciál, ktorý práve kvôli rôznym prekážkam nebolo možné využiť. Posledná kapitola sa zameriava problémy v dnešnej dobe v rámci poskytovania služieb v nadväznosti na zdieľanú ekonomiku a platformy a možnú aplikáciu Smernice o službách na toto odvetvie.A free movement of services has a substantial economic potential, which is not fully used because of the existence of different barriers. The topic of this diploma thesis is Chosen aspects of the free movement of services in its first chapter focuses on the definition of free movement of services according to the European law. This part also defines the term service and restrictions which are in this sector. Further, next part is focused on the secondary legislation and it also scans in detail the original draft of the Services Directive in contra the final version which was adapted. It also deals with the country of origin principle and involvement of the European institution to the process. The last chapter deals with nowadays problems in the area of providing services regarding the sharing economy and platforms with possible application of the Services Directive to this area.
