Bakalářská práce se zabývá interakčními trenérskými styly trenérů taneční skupiny 23 při Středisku volného času Fokus Nový Jičín. Záměrem bylo zjistit, jaké jsou rozdíly v interakčních trenérských stylech jednotlivých trenérů a jaký interakční trenérský styl tito trenéři uplatňují v rámci jednotlivých tréninkových jednotek. Dále se výzkum zaměřuje na interakční trenérský styl "ideálního" trenéra hodnoceného jak z pohledu trenérů, tak i svěřenců. Výzkum byl realizován metodou dotazníkového šetření pomocí standardizovaného dotazníku interakčního stylu trenéra/trenérky. Výzkumný soubor tvořili 4 trenéři a jejich 60 svěřenců rozdělených do čtyř skupin.This bachelor thesis examines the interaction coaching styles of coaches of dance group 23 within the organisation called SVČ Fokus Nový Jičín. The intention of this bachelor thesis was to detect differences each interaction coaching style of coaches and determine each interaction coaching style which is applied by coaches of the dancing group during the individual training. The research deals interastion coaching style of an "ideal" coach from either their own perspective (self-reflection) and the perspective of their athletes. The research was conducted form of a questionnaire using a questionnaire interaction style of coach. The research was done in a form of survey on a group consisted of four coaches and their 60 ordinands divided into four groups.
