Teoretická část této práce je zaměřena na popis aberací z fyzikálního hlediska a jejich vlivu na zrakový vjem. Popis a klasifikaci aberací na základě Zernikeho polynomů a alternativním možnostem jejich značení. V další části jsou popsány jednotlivé aberace nižších a vyšších řádů, spolu s jejich vlivem na kvalitu obrazu. Závěr teoretické části je věnován možnostem měření aberací vyšších řádů spolu s rozložením průměrných hodnot Zernikeho koeficientů v normální populaci. Praktická pasáž je zaměřena na změření vzorku 121 dospělých osob zastupujících běžnou populaci a zjištění průměrných hodnot jejich Zernikeho koeficientů. Tyto hodnoty jsou porovnány s normálními hodnotami. Dále je ověřována existence symetrie aberací mezi pravým a levým okem spolu s mírou korelace hodnot Zernikeho koeficientů v závislosti na refrakčním stavu oka.The theoretical part of this diploma project focuses on the description of the aberrations in physical terms and on their effect on visual perception. The description and classification of aberrations based on the basis of Zernike polynomials and alternative possibilities of their marking. In the next part of this project are described individual aberrations of higher as well as lower order together with their effect on the quality of the image. The conclusion of the project deals with possibilities how to measure higher order aberrations together with the distribution of the average value of Zernike coefficients in the population. The practical part of the diploma project concerns the measurement of the sample of 121 adults representing the common population and it further concerns the finding of the average value of Zernike coefficients. These values are compared with common values. Further it is verified whether there is the existence of the symmetry of aberrations between right and left eye together with the measure of correlation of values of Zernike polynomials depending on the refractive errors of the eye.
