Cílem bakalářské práce je analýza důsledků expanze Bank of China na český trh. Tematicky se tato práce věnuje čínské bankovní instituci Bank of China a následnému vzniku její první české pobočky. Důvodem výběru tohoto tématu je mé dvouoborové studium čínské filologie a politologie, kde jsem získal různé úhly pohledu na česko čínské mezinárodní vztahy. V průběhu vzniku této práce se v České republice očekávala historicky první státní návštěva čínského prezidenta. Práce je členěna na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části se rozebírá historie a současné podoba čínské bankovní instituce Bank of China. Praktická část se věnuje analýze jednotlivých procesů, které vedly k založení české pobočky. Součástí praktické části je i analýza některých čínských projektů a jejich dopadů na český trh.This thesis examines the consequences of the expansion Bank of China on the Czech market. This topic explanations the Bank of China as the Chinese bank institution and the expansion of the bank. The reason of the choice is my two-major studies. I am student of Chinese philology and political science, so I have heard many opinion on the Czech Chinese relation. During writing this thesis, should arrive Chinese president to the Czech Republic. This thesis is divided on the theoretical and practical parts. In the theoretical part, the thesis describes the history of the Bank of China. In the Practical part, there is analysis of each process, which helped to establish the first Czech branch. In the thesis are also described some Chinese economic projects connected with the Czech Republic.
