Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na klima třídy žáků druhého stupně Základní školy ve Velkém Újezdě. Cílem teoretické části je zdůraznit a dále šířit myšlenku důležitosti práce s klimatem třídy. Charakterizovány jsou pojmy, prostředí klima atmosféra. Dále klima třídy, pozitivní klima třídy, jednotlivé oblasti a prvky klimatu třídy. Vymezeny jsou současné přístupy a metody zkoumání klimatu třídy. Hlavním cílem praktické části je pomocí standardizovaného dotazníku KLIT charakterizovat klima jednotlivých tříd žáků druhého stupně základní školy. Dílčími cíli je porovnat rozdíly v hodnocení mezi třídami druhého stupně a zjistit, zda existují rozdíly v hodnocení klimatu třídy z hlediska pohlaví žáků.This bacherol´s work is focused on the class climate of the second grade pupils at basic school in Velký Újezd. The aim of the theoretical part is to emphasise and further to spread the idea of the importace of the work with the class climate. There are characterized the terms such as enviroment, climate, mood. Also class climate, positive class climate, particular areas and elements of the class climate. There have been defined contemporary aproaches and methods of the class climate survey. The main aim of the practical part is by the help of the standardized questionnaire KLIT characterize the climate of particular classes of the second grade pupils at basic schools. The partial aims are to compare the differences in assesment among the second grade classes and find out if there are any differences in class climate evaluation with respect to the pupils´ gender.
