Bakalářská práce se zabývá tvorbou sociálních povrchů pro studium demografických jevů vytvořených vhodnými metodami a jejich následným srovnáním. V teoretické části práce jsou definovány základní pojmy jako sociální povrch, demografická data a metody pro tvorbu sociálního povrchu. Dále je v teoretické části zahrnuta i rešeršní část pojednávající převážně o přístupech k tvorbě sociálních povrchů zahraničních autorů. Praktická část obsahuje hlavní cíl práce a tím je tvorba sociálních povrchů pomocí vhodně vybraných metod. Metody jsou podrobně popsány, především princip jejich fungování a nastavení v prostředí ArcGIS for Desktop 10.5, ve kterém byly dané povrchy tvořeny. Součástí práce je také nástroj vytvořený pro software ArcGIS, díky kterému je možné vytvořit povrch pomocí metody Pyknofylaktické interpolace. V závěru práce je provedeno porovnání a zhodnocení dosažených výsledků.The bachelor thesis deals with the creation of social surfaces for the study of demographic phenomena. Social surfaces are created with the use of suitable methods available, and their subsequent comparison allows evaluation of usability. In the theoretical part of the thesis, basic terms are defined such as social surface, demographic data, and methods for creation of social surface. The theoretical also includes a research part dealing mainly with approaches to the creation of social surfaces of foreign authors. The practical part contains the main aim of the work, which is the creation of social surfaces using appropriately selected methods. The methods are described in detail, especially principles of their functionality and settings in the ArcGIS for Desktop 10.5 environment, in which the surfaces were created. A Certain part of the work represents a tool developed for ArcGIS for Desktop 10.5, which creates a surface using the Pycnophylactic Interpolation method. At the end of the thesis, the results are compared and evaluated.
