Bakalářská práce je kvalitativním výzkumem orientovaným na hodnocení úrovně interkulturní citlivosti české společnosti skrze názory odborníků zainteresovaných do interkulturních vztahů. Výzkum mapuje úroveň interkulturní citlivosti jednotlivých sektorů české společnosti, identifikuje faktory ovlivňující interkulturní citlivost české společnost a reflektuje rezervy české společnosti v oblasti interkulturní citlivosti. Práce vyzdvihuje důležitost kultury pro každé společenství a představuje koncept interkulturní citlivosti. Popisuje prostředí, kde častěji dochází k interakci mezi různými kulturami, a která jsou zároveň cílovými oblastmi pro interkulturní citlivost.The bachelor thesis is compiled as a qualitative research oriented to the evaluation of intercultural sensitivity of Czech society through the eyes of experts who are intersted in intercultural relations. The research maps the level of intercultural sensitivity of individual sectors of Czech society, identifies the factors influencing intercultural sensitivity of Czech society and reflects the reserves of Czech society in the field of intercultural sensitivity. The thesis emphasizes the importance of culture for each community and introduces the concept of intercultural sensitivity. It describes an environment where more the interaction between different cultures is more frequent and which are also target areas for intercultural sensitivity.
