Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na obec Písečnou, možnosti a bariéry jejího rozvoje. V teoretické části se podrobněji seznámíme s obcí Písečná, její polohou, historií a také charakteristikou obyvatelstva obce podle SLDB 2011. Dále se krátce seznámíme s MAS Jablunkovsko, jejich metodou LEADER a SWOT analýzou území, díky které určíme indikátory možností a bariér rozvoje obce Písečná. V praktické části je popsána metoda výzkumu a analýza výsledku výzkumu. Díky výzkumu jsem identifikovala vybrané indikátory rozvoje jako možnost nebo bariéru rozvoje obce Písečná. Hodnocení indikátorů ovlivňuje věk respondentů.This thesis is focused on village Písečnou, opportunities and barriers to its development. We become acquainted in detail with the village Písečná in theoretical part, its location, history and characteristics of the population of the village by the Population and Housing Census 2011. Furthermore briefly we introduce the MAS Jablunkovsko, the LEADER method and SWOT analysis of the territory, through which we identify indicators of opportunities and barriers to the development of village Písečná. The practical part describes the method of research and analysis of the research results. Thanks to research, I have identified selected indicators of development as an opportunity or a barrier to the development of village Písečná. Age of respondents affects evaluation indicators.
