Tato práce nese téma význam mediace v trestním řízení z pohledu orgánů činných v trestním řízení s cílem zjistit efektivitu a přínos mediace z pohledu orgánů činných v trestním řízení a vytvořit komparaci těchto výsledků s výsledky absolventské práce, tedy významem mediace z pohledu pracovníků probační a mediační služby. Bakalářská práce je vytvořena metodou kvalitativního výzkumu, který jsem prováděla ve dvou městech a rozhovory s celkem 6 pracovníky orgánů činných v trestním řízení. V teoretickém rámci se v první části věnuji definování restorativní justice v druhé podrobněji mediacím v trestním řízení a ve třetí části jsem představila orgány činné v trestním řízení, ale také kdo je to obviněný a poškozený.This work carries the theme of the importance of mediation process from the perspective of authorities involved in criminal proceedings in order to determine the effectiveness and benefits of mediation proces from the perspective of the criminal justice and create a comparison of these results with the the ressults from the final graduation work which is the importance of mediation in criminal proceedings from the perspective of workers of probation and mediation service. This Bachelor thesis was create by a method qualitative research that I have done in two cities and through the interviews with six 6 employees of criminal justice. The theoretical framework in the first part is devoted to defining the restorative justice, in the second part part is aimed at further mediations in criminal proceedings and in the third part I presented a criminal justice but also defendant and a victim
