Cílem této diplomové práce je analyzovat rozdíly mezi vlámskou a nizozemskou variantou jazyka, popsat zásadní mezníky a důležité události, které mají za následek rozdílný vývoj původního jazyka v obou zemích. Práce rovněž pojednává o nové tendenci vývoje vlámské varianty jazyka a také se na základě příkladu zabývá konkrétními rozdíly v oblasti fonologické, lexikální a morfologické. Praktická část práce obsahuje porovnání nizozemštiny a vlámštiny ve zvoleném seriálu. Konkrétně porovnává mluvený jazyk seriálu s jeho titulkami.The aim of this thesis is to analyze the differences between the Flemish and Dutch language variants, to describe fundamental milestones and important events that result in differences in the original language development in both countries. Work also discusses the new trend of the Flemish variant of the language and also based on the example deals with specific differences in phonological, lexical and morphological area. The practical part contains a comparison of Dutch and Flemish in the selected series. Specifically he compares the spoken language series with the subtitles.
