Tato práce se zaměřuje na analýzu problémů spojených s překladem subvariety Kiezdeutsch na příkladu vybraných textů německo-turecké literatury a navrhuje jejich adekvátní překlad. V první části je krátce zmíněna historie imigrace a vývoj literatury migrantů psané v německém jazyce, se zaměřením na tureckou menšinu. Dále je představena základní sociolingvistická terminologie a nastíněna debata o vlastní definici Kiezdeutsch. Na ní navazuje strategická metodika funkcionalistického překladu a substituce dialektismů. Samotná analýza a následný překlad probíhají v rámci 3 problémových oblastí a to pomocí ostravského nářečí. Práce diskutuje procesy kompenzace a možné významové posuny navrhovaného překladu.This thesis deals with the analysis of translation problems of Kiezdeutsch based on selected texts of German-Turkish literature and suggests their adequate translation. In the first part, a brief overview of the immigration history is provided as well as development of the German migrant literature with special focus on Turkish minority. Consequently, elementary sociolinguistic terminology together with a debate over a definition of Kiezdeutsch is introduced. After this part it deals with the methodology of functional translation and substitution of dialectisms. The actual analysis and the subsequent translation are carried out within 3 problem fields using the Ostrava dialect. This thesis discusses the processes of compensation and possible shifts in meaning of the proposed translation.
