Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá incentivním cestovním ruchem a klade si za cíl vytvořit balíček služeb pro tuto formu turismu v regionu Slovácko. Práce je členěna na dvě části. V teoretické části shrnuje poznatky o incentivním cestovním ruchu, uvádí jeho specifika oproti ostatním formám turismu a popisuje tvorbu balíčku v cestovním ruchu. Praktická část obsahuje analýzu potenciálu regionu Slovácko pro incentivní turismus a navrhuje konkrétní balíček služeb zahrnující dopravu, ubytování, stravování a incentivní program.This bachelor thesis deals with the incentive tourism and its main aim is to create a package tour in the Slovacko region. The thesis is divided into two parts. The theoretical part summarizes theoretical knowledge about the incentive tourism and distinguishes it from other types of tourism. It also describes the process of a package tour creation. The practical part analyses the potential of the Slovacko region for incentive tourism and proposes a package tour consisting of transport, accommodation, eating possibilities and incentive program.
