Cílem diplomové práce bylo provedení porovnání vnitřní socioekonomické struktury města Pardubic v období mezi censy 2001 a 2011. Byly použity metody vícerozměrné analýzy, konkrétně faktorová analýza a shluková analýza. Jako zdroj dat byly pro tuto práci použity výsledky Sčítání lidu, domů a bytů z let 2001 a 2011. Na základě 17 vybraných ukazatelů byla provedena komparace Pardubic jako celku s pěti krajskými městy, a zároveň s celou Českou republikou. Na základě získaných poznatků byla vytvořena výsledná typologie urbanistických obvodů.This thesis deals with the comparison of the internal socio-economic structure of the city Pardubice in the period between censuses in 2001 and 2011. The methods of multivariate analysis, namely factor analysis and cluster analysis, were used. The results of Census and Housing from 2001 and 2011 were the main source of data for this work. Based on the 17 selected indicators, Pardubice as a whole was compared with five regional capitals and also with the entire Czech Republic. By the use the gained findings was created final typology of urban districts.
