Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na analyzování postojů klientů, kteří jsou v evidenci orgánu sociálně-právní ochrany dětí a zároveň využívají sociálně aktivizační službu pro rodiny s dětmi k pracovníkům tohoto orgánu a služby. V práci je popsána sanace rodiny, především pak její nástroje. Konkrétně sociálně-právní ochrana dětí a sociálně aktivizační služba pro rodiny s dětmi. V bakalářské práci jsou vymezeny činnosti sociálního pracovníka. Cílem práce je pomocí metody sémantického diferenciálu analyzovat, jestli pracovníka úřadu, vnímají klienti jako přínosnějšího než pracovníka sociálně aktivizační služby. Zároveň popsat, která skupina z hlediska demografických údajů, častěji využívá sociální službu. Práce přibližuje pohled klientů na sociální pracovníky.The Bachelor thesis focuses on analyzing of attitudes of the clients, who are in the register of The Social and Legal Department of a Child Protection and simultaneously they use social activation service to the workers of that Department and the service.In my thesis the remedation of family is described, primarily its instruments. Specifically the social and legal child protection and social activation service for families with children. In the Bachelor thesis the activities of the social worker are defined. The aim of the thesis is to analyze by using the method of the semantic differential , if the clients perceive the worker of the Department of a Child Protection as more beneficial than the worker of the social activation service. Simultaneously to describe, which group uses the social service more often from the point of view of the demographical data. The work brings the view of the clients on the social workers nearer.
