Bakalářské práce se zabývá mapováním možností využívání UAV/UAS nástrojů v reakcích na přírodní katastrofy a humanitární krize. V první části práce je popsána historie a vývoj nasazení UAV. Dále jsou definovány UAV/UAS nástroje a zasazení těchto definic do historického kontextu. Práce se dále věnuje využití bezpilotních letounů v praxi, a to speciálně se zaměřením na aplikaci v krizových situacích. Další část práce pojednává o moderní podobě humanitární práce, o novém fenoménu digitálních humanitárních pracovníků ("Digital Humanitarians") a o vzniku a fungování webových stránek www.uaviators.org jakož i pracovníků, kteří v rámci této platformy působí. Práce je zakončena pohledem do budoucna v kontextu využití bezpilotních letounů. Zahrnuje také konkrétní případy využití v České republice v rámci reakcí na humanitární a živelné katastrofy. Práce se zaměřuje nejen na technické možnosti bezpilotních letounů, ale zhodnocuje také legislativní podmínky jejich využití v České republice.This bachelor thesis, discusses possibilities of using a UAV / UAS tools in response to natural disasters and humanitarian crises. The first part describes the history and process of formation the application area of UAV. Further UAV / UAS tools are defined and the definition is framed within the historical context. The thesis also deals with the use of drones in practice, specifically focusing on applications in crisis situations. Subsequent part is devoted to the modern form of humanitarian work, digital humanitarian work ("digital humanitarians") and on the establishment and operation of website www.uaviators.org and workers who operate within this platform. The thesis is concluded by looking to the future, including possible use in the Czech Republic. The work focuses not only on the technical capabilities of unmanned aerial vehicles and unmanned aerial systems, but it also evaluates the legal conditions of their use in the Czech Republic.
