Cílem této práce je srovnání systémů koordinace záchranných složek při mimořádných událostech v České republice, Chile a Peru. Konkrétně je srovnáván Integrovaný záchranný systém, který používá Česká republika a Systém řízení při mimořádných událostech, který je používán v Chile a Peru. V rámci koordinace záchranných složek se převážná část práce se věnuje rozdílné organizaci a fungování složek zajišťujících požární ochranu v těchto vybraných zemích. V oblasti složek zajišťujících požární ochranu jsou také popsány největší problémy, které trápí hasiče v jednotlivých srovnávaných zemích. V závěru práce se autor pokusil o návrh možných způsobů, prostřednictvím kterých by Česká republika mohla přispět ke zlepšení situace záchranných složek ve vybraných latinskoamerických zemích a tím i větší bezpečnosti tamních obyvatel.The aim of the theses is the comparison of coordination systems of rescue units in the case of emergency in the Czech Republic, Chile and Peru. Particularly Integrated Rescue System used in the Czech Republic is compared with Incident Command System used in Chile and Peru. Within coordination of rescue units is the major part of the theses focused on different ways of organization and operation of the units providing fire protection in these chosen countries. In the part of theses about the units providing fire protection there are also described the major problems bothering fire fighters in compared countries. At the end of the theses, the author tried to suggest possible ways, through which the Czech Republic could contribute to improving the situation of the rescue units in chosen Latin American countries and raise the security of local citizens.
