Bakalářská diplomová práce se věnuje výskytu trémy při přijímacím pohovoru a její souvislosti s dalšími osobnostními charakteristikami, vyplývajícími z Eysenckovy psychometrické teorie. Výskyt těchto jevů je zkoumán u studentů vysokoškolského studia humanitního zaměření ve věku 25-30 let. Podrobován zkoumání a následným úvahám je vzájemný vztah trémy a osobnostních faktorů extraverze/introverze a neuroticismu/emocionální stability. První část textu se zaměřuje na vylíčení základního teoretického rámce, v druhé části práce je prostor věnován popisu průběhu empirického šetření a následné analýze získaných dat. Do výzkumu zpracovaného pro účely této práce bylo zahrnuto 94 respondentů, kteří vyplnili dotazník skládající se ze subtestů STAI X1 a EOD - A. Výsledky výzkumu potvrdily pozitivní korelaci mezi přítomností trémy a osobnostním faktorem neuroticismu, zároveň se nepotvrdila souvislost mezi extraverzí a prožívanou trémou a rovněž se nepotvrdily rozdíly mezi mírou prožívané trémy u mužů a žen výběrového souboru.This thesis deals with the incidence of stage fright during the interview and its relation with other personality characteristics, resulting from Eysencks typology of temperament. The incidence of these phenomena is studied among students in Master's Studies of humanities at the age of 25-30 years. The subject of investigation and subsequent considerations is the relationship of stage fright and personality factors of extroversion / introversion and neuroticism / emotional stability. The first part focuses on the representation of the basic theoretical framework; the second part is devoted to the description of the scope of the survey and subsequent analysis of the data obtained. The research prepared for the purposes of this study includes 94 respondents who completed the questionnaire, consisting of subtests STAI - X1 and EOD - A. The results confirmed the positive correlation between the presence of stage fright and the personality factor of neuroticism and refuted the connection between extraversion and experienced stage fright and also there were not any significant differences between the degree of stage fright experienced by men and women of the sample.
