Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na překlad odborného textu z oblasti gastronomie, konkrétně na oblast kávy. Hlavním cílem této práce bylo vypracování překladu vybraného odborného textu a k němu odpovídající glosář. Druhým cílem byla lexikální a gramatická analýza tohoto textu a komentář k překladovým transformacím. V teoretické části jsme vymezili pojem odborný styl, specifikovali jeho příznačné lexikální a gramatické rysy. Rovněž se v teoretické části věnujeme problematice překladu a překladovým transformacím. Na základě teoretické části jsme vypracovali praktickou část a získané poznatky jsme aplikovali na konkrétních příkladech.The main focus of this Bachelor's thesis is a translation of a technical text dealing with the field of gastronomy, particularly the sphere of coffee. The main purpose of this work is the conduction of the translation of selected technical text as well as its corresponding glossary. The next aim of the work is based on a lexical and grammatical analysis of the selected text and the provision of a commentary on the translation transformations. Within the theoretical part of the work, the term "technical writing style" is specified while elaborating on its specific lexical and grammatical features. Accordingly, the theoretical part deals with the questions connected to the translation and translation transformations. Following the completion of the theoretical part, the practical part of the work draws from its attainments and applies them to concrete examples.
