Diplomová práce, jak již z názvu vyplývá, analyzuje vliv evropského práva na evropský fotbal v čele s Unií evropských fotbalových asociací. Práce se rovněž v některých svých částech snaží poukázat na možný nesoulad některých fotbalových pravidel s primárním právem Evropské unie. Největší prostor je věnován volnému pohybu osob a jeho promítnutí do fotbalové legislativy. Klíčovou roli sehrává judikatura Soudního dvora EU, která po dlouhé roky nahrazovala absenci sportu v základních dokumentech Evropských společenství. Závěrečná část práce analyzuje soulad pravidel finančního fair play a článku 101 Smlouvy o fungování EU.My thesis, as the name implies, analyses the influence of the European law on the European football in the lead with the Union of the European football associations. Dissertation in some of its parts tries to point out possible disharmony of the football rules and primary law of the EU. The biggest attention is given to the free movement policy and its influence on the football legislation. The key role has always had The Court of Justice of the European Union which has been the only institution which substituted the absence of sport in the Treaties. The final part of the thesis analyses harmony between financial fair play rules and the article 101 of the Treaty on Functioning of the European Union.
