Tato bakalářská diplomová práce analyzuje faktory umožňující existenci de facto státu Podněstří. Jsou využity teoretické teze Pala Kolstoea, který v článku The Sustainability and Future of Unrecognized Quasi-States stanovil pět faktorů, jež se na existenci de facto státu podílejí. Postupně jsou jednotlivé faktory na příkladu Podněstří analyzovány. Nejprve je analyzován podněsterský nation-building, poté vojenská síla Podněstří, dále slabost mateřského státu - Moldavska a role externího patrona - Ruska. Posledním zkoumaným faktorem je role OBSE jakožto zástupce mezinárodního společenství.This bachelor thesis analyzes the factors enabling the existence of the de facto state Transnistria. It uses theoretical theses of Pal Kolstoe who in his article The Sustainability and Future of Unrecognized Quasi-States postulates five factors which constitute the existence of de facto state. The individual factors are analyzed on the example of Transnistria. First, the Transnistrian nation-building, its military power, the weakness of the parent state - Moldova -, and the role of the exteral patron - Russia - are analyzed. The last factor analyzed is the role of the OSCE as a representative of the international community.
