Práce v první části souhrnně mapuje teoretické poznatky o institutu ochrany zdroje a obsahu informací v českém právním řádu. Druhá část práce je věnována specifikům uplatnění institutu zdroje v rámci jednotlivých typů řízení před orgány veřejné moci. Stěžejní, praktická část práce je věnována sběru a vyhodnocení dat o využití institutu ochrany zdroje a obsahu informací v řízeních vedených orgány veřejné moci. Tato data jsou srovnána s teoretickými poznatky z prvních dvou částí práce. Závěrem jsou rozebrána jednotlivá rozhodnutí získaná v rámci sběru dat od orgánů veřejné moci týkající se ochrany zdroje a obsahu informací.The first part of the work describes theoretical findings about the institute of protection of sources and contents of information in the legislation of the Czech Republic. The second part deals with the specific characteristics of the individual proceedings with the public authorities and their affect on the application of the institute of protection of sources and content of information. The main part is dedicated to collecting and evaluating the data from public authorities about the practical use of the institute. These data are comapred with the teoretical findigs of the first and the second part of the work. In the end there are the particular decidions of the public authorities analysed.
