Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá jemnou motorikou se zaměřením na ruku a její úchopovou funkci. V první části práce je popsán vývoj funkce ruky, možnosti jejího hodnocení, poruchy a příčiny dysfunkce ruky. Dále jsou uvedené terapeutické metody a možnosti rehabilitace ruky. V diskuzi jsou komentovány a srovnány některé testy a uvedené možnosti terapie. V práci jsou vloženy přílohy se záznamovými archy popsaných testů.This thesis deals with fine motor skills, focusing on problematics of hand and its grasping function. In the first part of the thesis there is described the development of the function of the hand, options of its evaluation, disorders and causes of dysfunction of the hand. Further there are introduced therapeutic methods and interventions, which can be used during rehabilitation. In the thesis there are attached a scoring sheets for the tests.
