Diplomová práce se zabývá tématem sourozenectví v dětském domově. V první části práce jsou uvedeny základní pojmy, které jsou pro tuto práci stěžejní. Věnuje se tématu rodiny, náhradní rodinné péče, ústavní péče, ve které je více rozepsán dětský domov. Dalším tématem, o kterém práce pojednává, je sourozenectví. V něm jsou popsány sourozenecké vztahy a sourozenecké konstelace. Druhá část práce se zabývá explorativním výzkumem, který jsem v tématu sourozenectví v dětských domovech prováděla. Nejprve je v této části popsána metodologie, s jakou jsem k výzkumu přistupovala. Jelikož se jedná o téma, v jehož oblasti nebyl dosud zjištěn dostatek informací, zvolila jsem metodu explorace. Klíčovou částí práce jsou výsledky analýzy výzkumu. V nich je představen pohled pracovníků dětských domovů na sourozenectví v dětském domově. Jak s těmito sourozeneckými vazbami pracují a jakou jim věnují pozornost a důležitost.This diploma thesis deals with the topic of sibling relationship in children's homes. The first part of the thesis involves basic definitions and concepts that are crucial in this work. It discusses the topics of family, alternative family care and institutional care. The part dealing with the institutional care discusses the children's home in a larger scale. Further this thesis deals with the topic of the sibling relationship. The topic includes the relationships and sibling constellations. The second part of this work focuses on the exploratory research that I have carried out in the children's homes. First, I present the methodology that I adopted during the research. Since the existing explorations of the topic of sibling relationship have not provided sufficient information, I decided to choose the method of exploration. The key part of the work is the results of the research analysis. The results present the views of workers in children's homes on the sibling relationships inside the facility. They also involve how they work with the sibling bonds; the amount of attention paid to it and its importance.
