V této diplomové práci byla vyhodnocena emergence jepic čeledi Baetidae a Leptophlebiidae. Konkrétně bylo zjištěno zastoupení samců a samic, poměr stádií imag a subimag, nejčastější období emergence, žívotní cykly vybraných druhů a průběh abiotických fakrorů působících na jedince. Jedinci byli odchytáváni do dvou emergenčních pastí (trvale zaplavené a periodicky zaplavované) na alpském potoce Oberer Seebach v letech 1981 2005 v rámci projektu Ritrodat Lunz. V práci bylo potvrzeno zvyšování průměrných teplot v lokalitě za sledované období, které mohlo vést ke zjištěné změně v druhovém složení. Zastoupení samců a samic bylo u většiny druhů vyvážené a počet odchycených imag jen výjimečně převyšoval hodnoty odchycených subimag.In this thesis was evaluated emergence of mayflies families Baetidae and Leptophlebiidae. Concretely, it was found representation of males and females, the ratio of the stages imago and subimago, when often leads to emergence, life cycles of selected species and effect of abiotic factors. Individuals were captured to two emerging traps (permanently flooded and periodically flooded) at Alpine stream Oberer Seebach since 1981 to 2005 under the project Ritrodat - Lunz. Thesis confirmed increasing average temperatures in the monitored period, which could lead to detect changes in species composition. The representation of male and female was balanced for most species and the number of adults caught only exceptionally exceeded the value captured subimage.
