Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na průzkum sinic a řas mrtvého ramene řeky Bečvy v PR Škrabalka. Teoretická část práce podává informace o životním prostředí stojatých vod, jejich biocenózách, studované lokalitě mrtvého říčního ramene a řasových společenstvech. Praktická část práce zahrnuje vlastní algologický průzkum a vyhodnocení jeho výsledků v podobě soupisu nalezených taxonů sinic a řas. Výsledky jsou pak použity k odhadům některých vlastností vody studované tůně mrtvého ramene.The bachelor thesis is focused on the investigation of cyanophytes and algae in oxbow of the river Bečva in the nature reserve Škrabalka. The theoretical part of the thesis provides information about the environment of stagnant water habitats, their biocenosis, locality under study and algal communities. The research part of the thesis includes methodology and results of the phycological investigation and discussion of its results. A comprehensive list of recorded taxa of cyanophytes and algae is presented. Bioindicator values related to selected taxa were used to estimate the environmental characteristics of water pools studied.
