Tato práce pojednává o vzájemném soužití muže a ženy v manželství, o jejich následném rodičovství a o soužití osob ve svazcích, které církev manželstvím nazvat nemůže. První část se zabývá manželstvím a rodinou podle Božího plánu, tedy ideálním stavem, podle něhož bychom se měli všichni snažit své vztahy uspořádat. Druhá část sleduje manželství a rodinu z pohledu církevní nauky a následující část jejich pastoraci. Čtvrtá část pojednává o neregulérních vztazích, v nichž lidé žijí. Přestože církev s těmito svazky nemůže souhlasit, lidi v nich žijící neodsuzuje a věří v Boží milosrdenství. Děti jsou vyvrcholením manželské lásky. Právě rodičovství a problematice s ním spojené se věnuje pátá část práce. Závěrečná část je věnována těm, jejichž manželství ztroskotalo - pojednává o procesu prohlášení manželství za neplatné.This diploma thesis discusses the coexistence of a man and a woman in marriage, their subsequent parenthood and the cohabitation in unions which the church cannot call the marriage. The first part of this thesis deals with the marriage and the family according to God´s plan, which means the ideal state according to which all of us should strive to organise our relationships. The second part follows the marriage and the family from the perspective of the religious doctrine and the following part follows their pastoral care. The fourth part deals with irregular relationships in which people live. Although the church cannot agree with these unions it does not condemn those living in these unions and believes in mercy of God. The children are the culmination of marital love. The parenting and the issues associated with it are addressed in the fifth part. The final part is devoted to those whose marriage has failed it discusses the process of annulment of the marriage.
