Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou efektivity humanitární pomoci z pohledu dopravní dostupnosti. Hlavní hypotézou práce je, že rychlost a efektivita humanitární pomoci se s nerozvinutou infrastrukturou snižuje. Práce se zaměřuje na osm humanitárních katastrof. K bližšímu zkoumání byly vybrány čtyři země, ve kterých došlo k humanitárním krizím, a jejichž dopravní sítě byly podrobněji analyzovány. Ze získaných informací a dat jsou zkonstruovány časové osy a mapy. Důraz je v práci kladen na koordinaci humanitární pomoci a překážky v její distribuci. Součástí práce je také zhodnocení pozitiv a negativ transportních mechanismů. Závěr shrnuje poznatky a navrhuje případná řešení.The thesis deals with the issue of efficiency of the humanitarian aid from transportation point of view. The main hypothesis of this paper is that the underdeveloped infrastructure leads to decrease of speed and efficiency of the humanitarian aid. The paper considers eight humanitarian disasters. For a deeper analysis of the transportation networks were chosen four countries affected by natural disaster. Data and information from the reports of the humanitarian organizations create the source for the timelines and the maps. The emphasis is put on the coordination of the humanitarian aid and its obstacles in distribution. Part of the thesis also evaluates pros and cons of the transportation mechanisms. A brief summary with the conclusion is provided alongside with the suggestions for resolving studies problems.
