Bakalářská práce se zabývá teorií transformačního vůdcovství a její následnou aplikací na vedení osadnického hnutí Guš Emunim. Předmětem výzkumu jsou myšlenky rabínů Avraháma Jicchaka Kooka a jeho syna Cvi Jehudy Kooka. Tyto myšlenky byly pro vznik židovského osadnictví klíčové a jejich výsledná podoba se stala základem argumentace osadníků. Práce se dále zabývá událostmi, které bezprostředně vedly k vytvoření prostoru pro výstavbu židovských osad a dává je do souvislosti s učením rabínů Kooků. Součástí práce je také analýza prostředků hnutí, která prokázala, že kromě zaštítění revolučními myšlenkami C. J. Kooka vedlo k jeho úspěchu množství dalších faktorů. Závěrem práce je, že C. J. Kook byl, i přes duchovní charakter vůdcovství v hnutí, hlavní postavou izraelsko-palestinského konfliktu.The bachelor thesis deals with Transformational Leadership theory following it's application to the Gush Emunim settler movement front office. The subject of the analysis are teachings of Rabbis Avraham Jicchak Kook and his son Zvi Yehuda Kook. These teachings were crucial for the foundation of Jewish settlements. It's final outcome became the basis for the argumentation of the settlers. The study also discusses the events that preceded the creation of space for Jewish settlement establishing and places them into the contex of the teachings of Rabbis Kook. The thesis also includes analysis of the ways of the movement, which showed that being shielded by the revolutionary teachings of C. J. Kook was not the only factor that led to it's success. The thesis concludes that C. J. Kook was, despite the spiritual nature of his movement leadership, the main character of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict.
