Diplomová práce se zabývá interakčními styly trenérek Oddílu synchronizovaného plavání SK UP Olomouc, které trénují věkové kategorie juniorky a starší žákyně. Metodou dotazníkového šetření prostřednictvím Dotazníku interakčního stylu sportovního trenéra/trenérky, který byl modifikován z Dotazníku interakčního stylu učitele, bylo zjištěno, že interakční styl trenérek hodnocený z jejich vlastního pohledu se z větší části liší s uplatňovaným interakčním stylem trenérek hodnoceným z pohledu svěřenkyň. Ve výsledcích bylo prokázáno, že trenérky uplatňují v největší míře interakční styl napomáhající a kombinaci stylů organizátor a napomáhající. Svěřenkyně vidí trenérky pouze z části v souladu s jejich uplatňovaným interakčním stylem. Z pohledu svěřenkyň uplatňují trenérky v největší míře interakční styl organizátor, chápající a napomáhající.The thesis deals with the interaction style of synchronized swimming coaches from the sports club SK UP Olomouc, who coach the age categories juniors and age group 13-15 years old. By using the method of questionnaires through Questionnaire about interaction style of sports coach (male/female), which was modified from the Questionnaire about interaction style of a teacher, it was found out that the interaction style of coaches evaluated from their own perspective is largely different to the perception of the athletes. The results have demonstrated that the coaches apply to the biggest extent helping style of interaction and a combination of organizational and helping styles. Athletes perceive their coaches's interaction style only partly in accordance with their applied interaction style. From the perspective of the athletes the coaches apply to the biggest extent interaction styles of the organizer, understanding style and helping style.
