Bakalářská práce se zabývá systémem péče o děti v náhradní výchově v České republice. V první části popisuje osobnosti dítěte v náhradním výchovném prostředí a vývoj vztahových vazeb dítěte, ve druhé části shrnuje systém ochrany práv dětí v České republice a dokládá devět příběhů různých dětí v náhradní péči.Bachelor's work deals with the system of care for children in the custody of a replacement in the Czech Republic. In the first part describe the personality of the child in the substituted educational environment and development of attachment, in the second part sums the protection of the rights of children in the Czech Republic and illustrated by nine different stories of children in substituted care.
