Diplomová práce je zaměřena na spolupráci asistenta pedagoga a pedagoga na 1. stupni běžné základní školy. Teoretická část se zabývá legislativním ukotvením pozice asistenta pedagoga v České republice, odborným znalostmi, vědomosti, které by měl mít a také metodickými materiály, jenž jsou v současnost k dispozici. V poslední část první kapitoly je možno se dozvědět jakým způsobem pracují asistenti pedagoga ve Velké Británii, jak se specializují, jejich kompetence, jak jsou vnímáni samotnými pedagogy a společností. Další část práce se zaměřuje na charakteristiku úlohy jednotlivých aktérů inkluze v běžné základní škole a také na popis didaktických prostředků. Praktická část je věnována popisu spolupráce asistenta pedagoga a pedagoga z pohledu třídních učitelů a vedení školy. Ve výzkumu jsou popsány faktory ovlivňující spolupráci. V závěru práce jsou uvedeny názory a výhled ředitelů do nového školního roku.The thesis is focused on the cooperation of assistant teacher and educator at the first stage of a normal primary school. The theoretical part deals with the legislative anchoring teacher assistant position in the Czech Republic, specialized knowledge, knowledge that should have, and methodological materials that are currently available. In the last part of the chapter can learn how they work teaching assistants in the UK to specialize their skills, how they are perceived by teachers themselves. Another part focuses on the characteristics of the role of individual actors inclusion in mainstream primary school and also a description of teaching resources. The practical part is devoted to describing the cooperation of assistant teacher and a teacher from the perspective of classroom teachers and school management. The research outlines factors influencing cooperation. Finally there are the views and the views of directors to the new school year.
