Práce se zabývá vysvětlením pojmu outsourcing a jeho možnostech v oblasti informačních a komunikačních technologií. Text práce se v první části věnuje samostatnému pojmu outsourcing a přehledu výhod a rizik spojenými s outsourcingem. Následně se práce zaměřuje na outsoutcing informačních a komunikačních technologií a dále poukazuje na odlišnosti v ohledu na veřejný sektor. Druhá část práce zpracovává výsledky dotazů na zkušenosti s outsourcingem ICT na školách a nabízí přehled některých informačních systémů, které školy mohou outsourcovat a přehled některých firem, které zajištují outsourcing pro školy.The thesis deals with the explanation of the term of outsourcing and its options in subjects of information and communication technologies. In the first part of the thesis the text focuses on the term itself and on the overview of benefits and risks associated with outsourcing. Next, the thesis describes outsourcing of information and communication technologies and it points out the differences in regard to the public sector. The second part of the thesis processes the results of questions associated with the experiences of outsourcing ICT at schools and it offers the overview of some information systems, which could be outsourced by schools. Also, it offers the overview of some companies which provide outsourcing for schools.
