Diplomová práce je zaměřena na historický vývoj dopravy, především parní železnice společnosti KFNB, která postavila významnou trať habsburské monarchie. Důraz je kladen na fyzickogeografické a humánní podmínky, které trať způsobila nebo ke kterým došlo podél trati. Zkoumání podmínek je prováděno v hierarchických úrovních. Jsou sledovány změny, ke kterým došlo v geografii prostoru na trati KFNB a změny sociálně ekonomické, které se odrazily v celé společnosti.The thesis is focused on the historical development of transport, especially steam railway KFNB company that built a significant track Habsburg monarchy. Emphasis is placed on physical geography and human conditions that caused the track or occurring along the route. Examination of the conditions is performed in the hierarchical levels.
