Práce prezentuje klinické výstupy ze systematického a vícerozměrného sledování 826 pacientů po primární náhradě kolenního kloubu. V práci je podrobně zobrazen demografický, sociálně psychologický profil pacientů indikovaných k těmto operacím. Hlavní část práce se věnuje detailní analýze reálných výsledků primární náhrady kolena, popisuje chování výsledků operace v čase a odpovídá na otázku, kdy je možné výsledek operace považovat za ustálený, definitivní. Práce současně analyzuje předoperační a perioperační rizikové parametrů, které by mohly mít vliv na výsledek náhrady včetně spokojenosti. Součástí práce je detailní analýza světových registrů kloubních náhrad.The dissertation presents the clinical outcomes of a systematic and multi-dimensional monitoring 826 patients after primary total knee replacement. This work includes detailed view of demographic , socio- psychological profile of patients indicated for these operations. The main part is devoted to a detailed analysis of the real results after primary knee replacement, describes the behavior of the results of operation in time and answers the question, which can be the result of surgery be considered stable and definitive. Dissertation together analyzing preoperative and perioperative risk parameters that could affect the outcome of total knee arthroplasty, including pacient´s satisfaction. This work also includes a detailed analysis of national joint arthroplasty registry.
