Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na současný stav kvality sociálních služeb ve městě Olomouc. Po vymezení základních pojmů, vývoje, členění a aspektů zajišťujících kvalitu sociálních služeb, je popsána základní charakteristika města Olomouc, kde je vymezeno území a sociodemografická analýza města. Dále je stručně popsán komunitní plán sociálních služeb města Olomouc a prostorové vymezení sociálních služeb v rámci města. V praktické části práce je vyhodnoceno dotazníkové šetření z hlediska analýzy, resp. kvality sociálních služeb, které je zaměřeno na poskytovatele těchto služeb na území města Olomouc.This master's thesis is focused on the current state of the quality of social services in the city of Olomouc. After defining basic terms, development, classification and aspects ensuring the quality of social services; the basic characteristics of Olomouc are described in which the area and socio-demographic analysis of the city are specified. Then the community plan of social services in Olomouc and spatial specification of social services within the city are described briefly. In the practical part, the questionnaire which is focused on providers of these services in Olomouc is evaluated from the point of view of an analysis, more precisely the quality of social services
