Tato práce má za cíl vymezit etiku v rámci výkonu činností profese kurátora pro děti a mládež. Teoretická část se bude zabývat definováním základních pojmů, jako je etika, etická dilemata, sociálně-právní ochrana dětí, profese kurátora pro děti a mládež nebo Etický kodex sociálních pracovníků České republiky. Dále se budeme zabývat etickými dilematy a problémovými oblastmi. V praktické části se budeme zabývat pohledem kurátorů pro děti a mládež na problematiku etiky ve výkonu této profese. Cílem praktické části bude zjistit, jak důležitou vnímají kurátoři pro děti a mládež etiku ve své profesi a jaké nejčastější etická dilemata řeší.The aim of this thesis is definition of ethics in profession of curator for children and youth. The theoretical part of thesis is focused of definition of basic concepts, like a ethics, ethical dilemmas, social legal professtion of children, profession of curator for children and youth or Ethical codex of social workers in Czech republic. Also we will deal with ethics dilemas and problematical parts. Also we will deal with a view of curator for children and youth to the issue of ethics in their profession. The aim of practical part of thesis will be finding how much important is the ethics for curators for children and youth and what is the most frequently ethics dilemma for them.
