Tato práce se zabývá hodnocením vybraných morfologických parametrů nohy u dospělých schizofreniků z psychiatrické léčebny Šternberk. Bylo testováno 25 mužů a 19 žen. Sběr plantogramů probíhal pomocí statického plantografu. Data byla zpracována pomocí softwaru NOHA. Hodnotil se stav podélné klenby nožní na základě metody Chippaux Šmiřák (Klementa, 1987), vyosení palce a malíku dle metody Kabelky (2000) a vztah morfologických parametrů nohy k BMI probandů. Dospělo se k závěru, že u obou pohlaví převažovala normálně klenutá noha a valgózní postavení jak palce, tak malíku. Korelace těchto parametrů s BMI klientů nebyla potvrzena.This thesis is focused on the evaluation of chosen morphological parameters of foot in a group of adult schizophrenics from the psychiatric hospital in Šternberk. There were 25 men and 19 women tested. Footprints were taken by means of static plantograph and processed via software NOHA. The foot arch quality was analyzed on the basis of the Chippaux-Smirak method (Klementa, 1987), hallux and thumb angle on the Kabelka method (2000) and the correlation between BMI and morphological foot parameters of our clients. It was concluded that the predominance of normal foot arch and both the hallux valgus and digiti minimi valgus superiority are the same in both sexes. No correlation between BMI and morphological foot parameters in the group was confirmed.
