Tato bakalářská práce je rešerší časopisů a výzkumů, zabývající se danou problematikou. Jejím hlavním cílem bylo sepsat seznam všech působících faktorů, které ovlivňují obsazenost ptačích budek v zimním a hnízdním období a zjistit, jaké tyto faktory mají dopad na obsazenost a životy ptáků, které mohou vést ke smrti jedinců, až k následnému vymizení celé populace ptáků. Nejčastějším faktorem, který snižuje obsazenost dutin je riziko predace a druhové konkurence. Ptáci jsou zájmovou skupinou mnoha organizací, které se správným vyvěšením budek snaží tyto rizika eliminovat.This bachelor thesis is the research of journals and other surveys studying set topic. The aim of this bachelor thesis is description of all aspects, which have influence on occupancy of nest boxes and the way how they influence them in the winter period and period of nesting. The bachelor thesis also deals with the danger of particular aspects, which can cause the death and vanishing of the avian population. Among the most dangerous aspect belong the risk of predation and competition of species which leads to the decrease of hollows. Birds represent the group of interest to many organizations which try to eliminate such risks by focusing on right posting of nest boxes.
