Diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku domácího násilí na seniorech. Na základě poznatků o specifických rizicích v životě seniorů, které mohou zapříčiňovat vznik domácího násilí, a také na základě zjištění závažnosti této problematiky, byla výzkumná část práce zaměřena na prevenci domácího násilí. Výzkum byl uskutečněn formou případové studie v denním centru pro seniory. Na základě studia dokumentů, rozhovorů se sociálními pracovnicemi a zúčastněného pozorování byly analyzovány způsoby, jakými je možné zajišťovat prevenci domácího násilí na této cílové skupině. Případová studie se v rámci této analýzy informací snaží o prozkoumání možností uskutečňování prevence domácího násilí na seniorech dle činností zmíněného denního centra. Jde zde však také o navržení cest (pomocí studia literatury i uskutečněné intervence), jimiž mohou specifické instituce a organizace, zaměřené na práci se seniory, prevenci domácího násilí (v různých formách) zahrnovat do svých plánů a činností.This dissertation focuses on the issue of domestic violence against seniors. Based on knowledge about specific risks in the lives of the seniors, that may cause the emergence of domestic violence and also on the basis of the findings seriousness of this issue, the research was focused on the prevention of domestic violence. The research was conducted as a case study in day center for the elderly. Based on the study of documents, interviews with social workers and participant observation, were analyzed the ways in which it is possible to ensure the prevention of domestic violence on this target group. The case study in this analysis of important information seeks to investigate the potential implementation of prevention of domestic violence against seniors according to the activities of that day center. It is hovewer about proposing the ways (through the study of literature and made intervention), which may specific institutions and organizations, which are aimed at working with the seniors, include the prevention of domestic violence (in various forms) to its plans and activities.
