Cílem bakalářské práce je navrhnout, realizovat a evaluovat pilotní program pro cizince ve městě Brně, jenž obsahuje prvky zkušenostního učení zaměřeného na rozvoj jazykové kompetence a adaptaci na české prostředí. Předkládaná práce nejprve definuje skupinu cizinců v České republice a ve městě Brně spolu se stávajícími volnočasovými možnostmi adaptace a integrace. Rovněž zpracovává teoretické základy koncepce zážitkové pedagogiky, jež společně s provedeným anketním šetřením, analyzujícím potřeby cílové skupiny v oblasti volného času, integrace a adaptace, tvoří východisko pro navržený projekt CHECK CZECH! a jeho pilotní akci DiscoverOlomouc. Ta byla realizována a na základě evaluace doplněna o doporučení, která mohou být užitečná pro plánování a realizování dalších akcí z projektu.The aim of this work is to design, implement and evaulate pilot programm for foreigners based in Brno. It contains elements of experiential learning focused on language competences and adaptation to the Czech environment. There is a definition of group of foreigners in the Czech Republic and in the Brno town at the begining of the thesis. There are also mentioned current leisure time possibilities of adaptation and integration. The work continues with the view to the theoretical basement of the experiential education concept. All of that mentioned together with survey analyzing the need of targed group in the field of leisure time, integration and adaptation stand as a stepping stone for the CHECK CZECH! project and its pilot event DiscoverOlomouc, which has been already realized and evaluated. On the basis of the evaluation process project gained some recommendations which could be useful for planning and implementing its other events.
