Diplomová práce je zaměřena na analýzu názorů pacientů, kterým byl implantován kardiostimulátor, na problémy pooperačního restriktivního pohybového režimu. V teoretické části práce jsou vymezeny základní pojmy trvalé kardiostimulace a jejich komplikací. Je vysvětlen koncept restriktivního pohybového režimu jako prevence pooperačních dislokací kardiostimulačních elektrod. Výzkumná část analyzuje údaje kvalitativního šetření, při kterém bylo metodou polostrukturovaného interview zjišťován vliv restriktivního pohybového režimu na respondenty, zejména z hlediska vlivu na soběstačnost a spánek. Respondenti byli dotazováni i na potenciální návrhy změn pooperačního režimu, které by mohly být zohledněny v nově formulovaných doporučených postupech ošetřovatelské poimplantační péče.The aim of thesis is to analyze some problems inflicted on patients receiving implantable pacemakers by a temporary restriction of their physical activity. The section dedicated to the theoretical background presents the basic information on permanent cardiac pacing and its complications. The concept of restricted physical activity, motivated by an effort to prevent the postoperative pacing lead dislocations, is explained. The research section analyses the data from a qualitative survey, conducted in the form of a semi-structured interview. The main point of interest was how the respondents take in problems resulting from the restricted physical activity, particularly on the self-sufficiency and sleep. The respondents were also ask over their proposals for ensuing changes of the whole posti-mplantation regime. The results might be reflected in suggested changes in the nursing post-implantation care.
