Diplomová práce se věnuje nizozemské zimní krajinomalbě v 17. století. Práce je rozdělena do šesti kapitol. První se věnuje nizozemskému výtvarnému umění v 17. století, druhá porovnává zimu jako roční období v 17. století a v současnosti. Další tři kapitoly pojednávají o jednotlivých autorech a jejich dvou vybraných dílech v chronologickém pořadí, tedy Pieter Bruegel starší, Hendrick Avercamp a Jan van Goyen. Poslední kapitola jejich práci porovnává a zároveň ilustruje změny, které se udály v 16. a 17. století v nizozemském výtvarném umění.This master thesis focuses on the Dutch winter landscape art in the 17th century. It's divided to six chapters. The first one talks about the Dutch art in the 17th century, the second one compares winter as a season in the 17th century and now. FOllowing three chapters focus on the painters and their works in the chronological order - Pieter Bruegel the Elder, Hendrick Avercamp and Jan van Goyen. The last chapter contains a comparison of their work and talks about the changes that took place in the Dutch art in the 16th and 17th century.
